Apart from sending the drivers on sponsorship deals if the turns are available, does anyone use any method of choosing which sponsors they go with. At present I work out the up front payment added to the daily payments and go with the highest. Altthough this seems to work it could be better to try and get sponsors to expire the day new drivers are released thus giving a lump sum for the new driver cost.

Any thoughts or experience with this would be great.
